All Bloggers agree to Follow our Guidelines & Campaign Etiquette
1. You agree to push all created content across your social networks for the maximum reach of the content.
2. You agree to use tracking code in your blog posts to measure performance. You also will do your best to accurately represent your blogs demographics and traffic information. Large discrepancies between your self reported numbers will lead to flagged accounts.
3. You agree to write quality content that is genuine and in your own voice (i.e. you cannot just copy and paste large chunks of text) and you will be honest.
4. You agree to disclose your affiliation with the brand in accordance with FTC guidelines. (e.g. if you receive a sample mention you received it care of brand x, that they were nice enough to give you a discount, they approached to you write an article or hold a contest. You are a BrandBacker after all and you might as well show off that your kind of a big deal.
5. You will only apply to campaigns for products you're interested in and fit the demographics of your blog.
6. You agree to work with the brands on any concerns they may have but have the right at any time to leave the campaign if the brand is making unreasonable requests. Do not write anything that is not true or that does not express your actual opinion. We encourage you to email us with any complaints about brands at Hey@BrandBacker.com.
7. Please respect the copyright and trademarks of others on your blog. All content provided on the campaign is usable for your blog unless otherwise stated.
8. The use of explicit or pornographic material is prohibited in any created content.
9. If we conclude you are violating these policies, you may receive a notice via email. If you don't explain or correct your behavior, your account may be suspended. We do our best to ensure fair outcomes, but in all cases we reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove content, without notice, for any reason, but particularly to protect our services, infrastructure, users, or community. We reserve the right to enforce, or not enforce, these policies in our sole discretion, and these policies don't create a duty or contractual obligation for us to act in any particular manner.
